Animal farm, comparsion of media

Please do a short, two paragraph review on the two medias that present the story of ANIMAL FARM, the book and the animated movie. Which do you think is more effective and why, what elements of each, book and movie do you think are good nor bad for a younger audience. Try to construct sentences that use comparison.

I think both the movie and the book were effective and both helped me understand the meaning of the story. However, they both have their flaws and sometime one explains something better than the other one does.

I think the book is nice and helpful because it gives you, the reader, a chance to visualize the characters ; and play a ''video'' inside your head. As for the movie,it shows you how the characters look and obviously you can't make a "video" inside your head, of course you could be blind. The book, is also nice because you can keep reading it over and over again, if you don't understand it.I don't know why you would want to read more... but any ways. What I like the most about books is, you learn more about the characters, their background, where they live etc... Another reason is, you can read about the characters thoughts, but in a movie it is rare when you can hear what the person is thinking.
